Rates
Our rates range from $50 to $150 per therapy session, depending on the therapist and length of time of session. Assessment fees vary from $300 and up, depending on the type of evaluation being conducted. We offer a sliding scale on a case-by-case basis for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Please contact us to discuss fees.
Insurance
Dr. Susana Lozada-Murray accepts the following insurance companies:

It is recommended to start by contacting your insurance company to learn about your mental health coverage. Some insurance coverages have copays for sessions while others will require that you meet a deductible before offering coverage for mental health services.
Payment
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancelation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged a $75 late cancelation or missed appointment fee.
