Claire Ryder, M.A.

Claire Ryder is a board-certified LMHC Intern, working toward earning her full Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification. She received a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from the University of South Florida. Claire has spent eight years working in the Hillsborough County School system as both a teacher and counselor and has a passion for helping people thrive in their own right. She has also has 2+ years of experience in the clinical mental health setting in addition to her work in the school setting. Claire loves helping people discover the importance of the thought-emotion connection, and assisting them in finding strategies to integrate into their everyday life to find greater personal success in their mental health. Claire has a passion for working with young adults, adults in transition, veterans, and victims of trauma.
